I just finished 10.5 years of Active Duty with the United States Army. I got out because I have some medical problems with my hip and leg. I am from the great state of Texas but I currently reside in Tallahassee, FL. I am in graduate school, studying Art Therapy at The Florida State University.
I am an artist. I love experimenting with different techniques and different mediums. I really enjoy the process of art journaling and I believe that everyone should do something creative! I love art and all that it can do to help heal the soul.
This blog is about my crazy adventures with art, cooking, eating healthy, exercising, going to school, and anything else that happens to pop up! I hope that I am able to share something with you that you will be able to take with you and use at another time.
