Hello friends!! Today I am sharing Week 24 from my Documented Life Planner.
The week's page:
I got to spend time teaching adolescents how to art journal and I spent two days doing art therapy during one of our weekend workshops.
Here is the weekly challenge page - the challenge was to use text on the page:
It's hard to tell since I used dark paint and collaged over a lot of it, but I used dictionary pages to make the background so there is a lot of text there!!
Thanks for stopping by! Hope you have a wonderful day!

Week 16 & Week 17 Documented Life Project
Hey there! Happy Thursday! Today I wanted to show you some pages from my Documented Life Project art journal/planner.
Here is the week 16:
And the art journal page:
The challenge was to use something from cardboard food packaging - I cut out that cookie from a gluten free cookie package.
Here is week 17:
And the week 17 art journal page:
The challenge was to include your favorite shoes. Yes, running shoes are my favorite. Because I have plantar fasciitis I need the support that my custom orthotic inserts provide - and they only fit in running shoes. But that is not the only reason - I have always LOVE wearing running shoes, even when I am not working out.

March Right Brain Planner Pages
Hello friends! I spent the vast majority of my time since last Thursday working on papers and projects for the end of the semester. Thankfully I am not 95% done! I do have some editing to do and a final exam to complete but I am feeling very good about where I am with my assignments. So, today I wanted to share some of my right brain planner pages from March:
These are all from the monthly right brain planner that i carry in my Filofax... Next up (tomorrow hopefully!!) will be the larger pages from the annual right brain planner. Hope to see you soon!

Another Documented Life Catch-up Post
Well it seems I am not very good at staying on top of posting the Documented Life pages... so, here we go with another catch-up post.
Week 8 - Add a flap to your flap... I normally don't even do one flap but I did two for this challenge so I ended up with lots of pages:
Week 9 - Use recycled materials... everything I used on the page (except the paint) was re-used.
Week 10 - Answer "what makes me, me?" (I'm really not sure about the punctuation for that sentence ...please forgive me!)
Even though I have not been doing very well at posting my pages, I have been enjoying creating them. Its a fun project and I am sure I will love looking back over it and seeing what I did each week for the entire year!

"Snow Day"
Today I wanted to share with you some pages from my right brain planner yearly planner:
Last week we had a "snow day" during which it did not snow, but we got the day off from school and internship (since my internship that day was at a school). I was busy that day though...
I did my first art therapy job application!! It would be really awesome if I got that job because it is in Orlando so I would be really close to my best friend who is from FL and is going to live in that area.
I found out last week that I made it to the next round of selection for the Fulbright Grant. Not sure if I told you all about it. If I get selected for the grant I will be going to the U.K. to study and do research in London for about a year. It would be an amazing opportunity. But, I won't know the results for quite a while. So, just think positive for me!!
And my gluten free cupcakes were a success!!
If you are gluten free this product is tasty!! Since I am single, I am still eating on those cupcakes a week later ...and I will be still eating on them for quite a while I think. I froze some of them. Anyways, thanks for stopping by. Have a great day.

Documented Life Week 4
The challenge of week 4 was to have secrete writing and pick out a word that stands out and make it more prominent. So, I wrote and painted over it ...except for the word "care" which is the word that stood out. I added the word again via collage! Here is it is:
Inside the envelope is a small picture of a frog.
And here is my week page:
I am not quite sure I like how they are looking - they are VERY busy with lots of words...mostly because I have some writing about tasks and then also my affirmations. Perhaps I will change it up a bit...I'm still considering.

Documented Life Week 3
It seems the year is zoomin by! Today I wanted to show you what I have done in my documented life planner this past week...
I also worked on my 2014 intentions collage:
Still got some space there so I will probably come back in a few weeks and add more to it!
Thanks for stopping by today! Have a wonderful weekend!
The week 3 challenge was to use an envelope that arrived in the mail... my mailbox was surprisingly empty this week but I did use part of an envelope that had my mortgage tax information in it... its on the bottom of this page and made to serve as a pocket:
The week 3 planner side of the spread, with daily affirmations:I also worked on my 2014 intentions collage:

Merry Christmas to Me!
I've been quite generous to myself over the past few weeks, although most of it was on sale. Anyways... I wanted to show you some of my new goodies.
A decorative mixed media bird to hang up...
I put it on my tree until I figure out where it should go:
I got myself a 17x22 portfolio:
And some bookmaking materials:
Also got a bookmaking book and a new moleskin planner that I am going to use for Documented Life.
I got the jewelry from Pyramid Studios - its an art program from individuals with intellectual or developmental disorders. Proceeds are somewhat for the individual who made the item and the rest to the program to keep it going!

A green "Christmas" sweater w/ jewel buttons and a black scarf with sparkles on the end:
An art transport bag - to help me tote around art supplies at my next internship!
A Smashbook!
Some Udi's:
